Excellent article!

I use essential oils every day for stress relief, and they really do help.

Recently my husband has been having anxiety attacks, so I made him a blend of lavender, wild orange, grapefruit, lemon and peppermint. He puts it on the back of his neck whenever he starts feeling anxious, and it seems to be helping.

I thought you might enjoy some other stress relieving blends I use as well, including a nifty little inhaler you can make and carry around in your bag.
